Multi-Time Programmable Memory IP w/o additional Mask

High endurance High reliability No need to add additonal masks

Compatible with 180nm to 55nm Logic/BCD/HV/SiGe platforms, requiring only 0~1 additional mask layers for embedded non-volatile storage. It supports byte programming, sector erase, and chip erase, with up to 10,000 program/erase cycles (customizable to 100,000 cycles) and over 10 years of data retention.
