We provide ultra-low power and low power LDO IPs with static current as low as 60nA, output range 0.4V~3.6V, driving ability 1mA~500mA, and cap-less versions available.

  • Ultra-low power: Ultra-Low Power LDO down to 60nA with 20mA driving ability

  • Cap-less: ultra-low power cap-less LDO without external capacitor, 100nA (exclude Bandgap)

  • Wide output range: 0.4V~3.6V customized output, 1mA~500mA customized driving ability

  • Protection: provides error correction, detection and warning functions

  • Low power version: supports low power and high performance modes
