Sub-GHz is a very low-power RF transceiver IP in 22nm process node, intended for RF wireless applications in the sub-1GHz band, providing best-in-class RX and TX metrics at highly optimized area and current.

  • Supports 169, 315, 433, 868, and 915 MHz bands, and can also be programmed to other frequencies in the 100-1020MHz range

  • Core voltage 0.9V, RX current ≤9mA@0.9V, TX current ≤85mA@3.3V (20dBm switch-mode PA)

  • Integrates power amplifier, low noise receiving amplifier, filters, ADC, DAC and power management modules

  • Provides excellent RX noise figure ≤4.5dB and up to 23dBm TX output power

  • Suitable for AMR, industrial monitoring and control, wireless sensor networks, wireless alarm and security systems, home and building automation
