We provide ultra-low power and low power RC Oscillator IPs based on low power technologies, featuring low temperature drift and high accuracy, providing a stable and reliable clock source for the system.

  • Ultra-low power: 32KHz RC OSC static current as low as 80nA

  • High accuracy: Offset <±2% after trimming

  • Wide frequency: low power RC OSC output 8MHz~256MHz with internal fine/coarse trimming

  • Low temperature drift: operating -40℃ to 100℃, stable frequency

  • Low power version:<60uA@16MHz, <150uA@80MHz

  • Wide process: supports 4nm~180nm process nodes
