Introduction
As an open laboratory covering semiconductor materials, devices and circuit related testing, technical training and consulting, Primarius semiconductor testing laboratory is composed of two centers with an area of about 1,000 square meters in Beijing and Jinan. The laboratory is equipped with six advanced testing and analyzing systems for 12-inch wafer, including high-speed automatic and semi-automatic device testing and characterizing systems, RF / mm-wave performance testing system. Furthermore, testing systems for extreme applications under ultra-low temperature (liquid helium) / ultra-high voltage (> 7000v) are under construction.
