Primarius Technologies to Exhibit at the IEEE International Reliability Physics Symposium 2021

On March 21-24, the IEEE International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS 2021), for the first time in the conference’s history, will be held virtually.


The symposium is renowned for its technical program. This year, IRPS 2021 is highlighting emerging memory technology, neuromorphic computing, and RF/mmW/5G reliability, as well as covering traditional topics such as the reliability of transistors, dielectrics, metal/back-end, packaging, and wide-bandgap devices. There will be 20 sessions comprising nearly 90 oral presentations and over 50 poster presentations.


Primarius Technologies will host a virtual booth in the online exhibition area.  This booth will display the company’s complete solution for memory design, IC design and fabrication co-optimization. Innovative EDA solutions from Primarius bridge IC design and fabrication by enabling efficient Design Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) that semiconductor engineers need for process technology development and chip design at advanced process nodes.


Primarius will showcase its complete range of EDA software, testing systems and engineering services. Primarius EDA software solutions include device modeling, circuit and process interaction, auto PCell development, auto PDK verification, semiconductor parametric measurement control and a suite of SPICE simulators. Primarius testing systems are the low-frequency noise measurement and characterization system, as well as the semiconductor parametric characterization system. Engineering services include testing service, SPICE model and PDK development, technical consultation, and training.
